Big Tuna is a Discord fishing bot. We collect and use only the data needed to operate bot features, save gameplay progress, process purchases, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Data We Collect

• Discord account information needed for bot functionality, such as user IDs, usernames, display names, and avatar URLs.
• Discord server, channel, role, and command context when needed to respond to commands or provide server-specific features.
• Gameplay data, including fishing stats, catches, inventory, equipment, aquariums, coins, cooldowns, perks, rankings, bans, and timestamps.
• Shop and purchase data needed to grant paid perks, including your Discord user ID, purchased item quantities, and payment status from Stripe.
• Support messages or information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.
• Basic website analytics collected through Google Analytics.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Big Tuna uses Stripe checkout information to confirm purchases and grant bot perks. We do not receive or store full credit card numbers.

How We Use Data

• To run Discord bot commands and gameplay systems.
• To save player progress and server-specific settings.
• To fulfill shop purchases and paid perks.
• To detect abuse, cheating, spam, bugs, and service misuse.
• To provide support and respond to user requests.
• To maintain aggregate statistics about bot usage and performance.

Sharing

We do not sell, license, or trade Discord API data. We do not share Discord API data with data brokers, advertising networks, or monetization services. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate Big Tuna, such as Discord, Stripe, hosting providers, database providers, and analytics providers, only as needed for those services.

Message Content

Big Tuna may process command messages or interaction data when needed to respond to bot commands. Big Tuna does not use Discord message content to train machine learning or AI models.

Data Retention

We keep data while it is needed to operate Big Tuna, provide gameplay history, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or support users. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your Big Tuna data by contacting us at bigtuna.xyz@gmail.com or through the official support server. Include your Discord user ID so we can find the correct account. Some data may be retained if needed for security, fraud prevention, purchase records, or legal compliance.

Children

Big Tuna is intended for Discord users who meet Discord's minimum age requirements. Do not use Big Tuna if you are not allowed to use Discord in your country.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect Big Tuna data. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Terms of Service

By using Big Tuna, you agree to these terms and to Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and other applicable rules.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Big Tuna to violate Discord's rules or applicable law.
• Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay, spam commands, abuse bot systems, or interfere with other users.
• Do not attempt to access, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt Big Tuna systems.
• Do not use Big Tuna to harass, threaten, scam, or harm other users.

Bot Access

We may restrict, suspend, reset, or remove access to Big Tuna features if we believe a user or server is abusing the bot, cheating, creating security risk, violating these terms, or harming the service.

Purchases

Big Tuna may offer optional paid perks or digital items. Purchases are processed through Stripe and are used to grant the selected bot perks. Paid perks are digital benefits for Big Tuna and may change if the bot changes. Refunds are handled case by case unless a refund is required by law.

Availability

Big Tuna is provided as-is and may be updated, interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time. We are not responsible for lost progress, missed rewards, unavailable commands, Discord outages, or third-party service issues.

No Warranty

Big Tuna is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the bot will always be available, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Big Tuna and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the bot or website.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
